Transcripts/Records Request

Steamboat Springs High School has partnered with Parchment to facilitate online transcript requests. Alumni may order transcripts at any time and have them sent electronically or by mail.

How to Order Your Transcript

  1. Visit the Parchment website.
  2. Click Sign Up and create an account.
    • Select Student → then choose I no longer attend.
    • Enter your personal information (full name while in school, date of birth, and graduation year).
  3. Search for and select Steamboat Springs High School.
  4. Choose where you’d like your transcript sent (college, employer, or to yourself).
  5. Pay the transcript fee (credit/debit card required).
  6. Submit your order and track its status in your Parchment account.

Important Notes

  • Use the same name you had while attending (including maiden name, if applicable).
  • If you are unsure of your exact graduation year, please enter your best estimate.
  • Email updates will be sent once your transcript has been processed.
