Transcripts/Records Request

Alumni & Graduates: The preferred and free method to request official transcripts or educational records is through our online request form.

• Online Request Form (Preferred): Submit your request via the Alumni & Graduate Records Request Form.

• Parchment: If you prefer using Parchment to send electronic transcripts, you may still order through the Parchment Portal. Please note: Parchment charges a third-party processing fee.

Current Students: Current students should not use the online Alumni form.

• General Requests: Visit your school counselor or check your Alma account to view or request transcripts.

• College Applications: Request official transcripts to be sent to universities through Parchment once accepted or instructed by your counselor.

Educational Institutions & Third Parties: Background agencies, universities, and secondary institutions requiring official record verification can submit requests by:

• Processing directly via Parchment.

• Emailing official request forms directly to the Registrar at dclark@ssk12.org.
