Music is a huge part of the Steamboat Springs High School community! Students can explore their passion for music by taking a variety of performance-based classes like Concert Band, Jazz Band, Orchestra, and Choir. These courses are open to students all four years of high school, giving them plenty of opportunities to grow their skills.

Throughout the school year, musicians in these classes get to share their talents at numerous performances. In addition, students in the Concert Band can join the Pep Band to perform at sporting events, and become part of the "World's First Ski Band"—a truly unique experience that has been combining music with Steamboat's iconic ski culture since 1935.
