Administration Main Building Masonry Repairs
 

Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 is requesting proposals (RFP) for Masonry repairs. Project address is Administration Building, 325 7th St., Steamboat Springs,CO 80487.

Requested scope of work shall include the following.

All labor and material to clean, repair, replace and repoint masonry on all main building elevations with similar material in like quality and color. Parapet brick and cap need to be repaired and replaced, remove all unused brackets, hangers, abandoned conduits, and pipe. The masonry contractor will be responsible for project trash, keeping a clean and safe work site, as the Administration building will be occupied during this process.

Coordinate with the roofing contractor to tie the membrane roofing at the parapet repair.

Coordinate with the painting contractor to paint all existing painted areas.

Anticipated repairs and work completion would be May, 2025 to the end of September, 2025.

Please provide a summary of your company's experience with masonry repairs and how you plan to manage the School District's project.
